Against the terrorist attacks in Tehran

 Daesh has claimed responsibility for today’s terrorist attacks in Tehran, which has left several dead and tens of wounded.

 Such acts of terror, which takes its victims from the general public, must be condemned unconditionally. These are crimes that have no relevance to the just struggles of people in Iran against the Islamic Republic. The religious and tribal gangs have been using such acts to enforce an atmosphere of terror and making the life and work places of people unsafe.

 What must be opposed and not allowed, however, is the Islamic Republic’s use of the escalation of ISIS terrorism in Tehran to further it oppressive and security measures. The combatting of terrorism must not be allowed to become a license for the Islamic Republic to deepen oppression of the struggles of people in Iran for freedom and social justice. 

It is upon us and the freedom-seeking people in Iran to force back the religious and tribal gangs. The only effective way to combat the religious and tribal gangs by the force of the independent united and organised people. Indeed, the independent power of people in defence of their lives and security is the only guarantee against the escalation of the terror, insecurity and the attacks against the life of people from the any terrorist gang, current and state that threaten the defence of people in our duty.

 Hekmatist party sends its condolences to all those who have lost their loved ones by the terrorists, and calls on people to independently defend their lives and security.
